To receive a Certificate of Completion and CE credits, learners must:- Complete 100% of all course modules
- Pass all required quizzes or assessments with a score of 80% or higher
- Submit required course evaluation and feedback forms
Your progress is tracked automatically. There is no time limit to complete courses.
Certificates
Certificates are automatically issued upon successful completion of course, evaluation, and assessment with a PDF download through LearnWorlds after receiving a passing score.

Due to the immediate access provided to course materials, all purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions (Limited Circumstances)
Refunds may be granted only in cases of documented technical failure (e.g., inability to access course platform after support intervention) or if the course was purchased in error and the participant has not accessed any materials.
Requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days of purchase to be considered.
Ineligibility for RefundRefunds will not be granted if:
- The participant has accessed any course modules or downloads.
- The CE certificate has been claimed.
- Dissatisfaction is based on personal preference rather than course quality or delivery failure.
Transfers
Transfers to another course or session are not available at this time.
Course Cancellation by ProviderIn the rare event Veronica cancels a course, participants will receive a full refund.
How to Request an ExceptionSend a message through your LearnWorlds portal to Veronica with:
- Name, course title, purchase date
- Reason for refund
- Any relevant documentation (e.g., screenshots, error messages)
Requests will be reviewed within 10 business days and all decisions are final.
Courses consist of an evaluation form at completion where participants are welcome to provide any feedback about the specified course. If there is any feedback prior to this form, or a participant has questions or concerns, they are encouraged to contact Veronica through their LearnWorlds portal or call (978) 225-0888.
Persons under the age of 18 should use the courses only with the supervision of an adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult.
