Where learning and therapy meet

Hi! I’m Veronica. As a licensed therapist, I am learning every day from my clients and colleagues alike. I've learned through my clinical experiences that there is always room for growth and learning in the field of mental health. My hope is that the lessons you will find here offer insight and healing to whoever can benefit from them: clients, families, clinicians, educators, and healthcare professionals. Lessons are crafted with compassion, empathy, and curiosity. Let's learn together and change lives while doing it.

| am here to help

In a world where we are bombarded with information from social media, news outlets, and sometimes even questionable health professionals, having information you can rely on and trust is crucial. I take pride in providing tools grounded in scientific research that you can implement in your daily life.

Outside of the virtual classroom, I am a licensed therapist for all ages with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. I was honored to complete my clinical internship at McLean Hospital's OCD Institute in 2019, as well as gain clinical experience in both community and private mental health settings. I now offer individual therapy in my private practice, Whitermore Counseling PLLC.

Veronica Whitermore, LMHC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education
Provider, ACEP No. 7866. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Veronica Whitermore, LMHC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
